Game Release

Game released! I don't expect this to have much engagement, so this is probably the last time I work on this game.
This game was a good way to practice several elements of game design and development without getting too in depth in any field. most of the game is ascii, so the only art I did was limited to some icons that add flavour and some background images.
Even though this is a classic roguelike, with the ascii look and all that, I put extra effort on designing a somewhat easy-to-use user interface, with full mouse support, with all the interface elements being design from the ground up to work in the ascii console the game uses.
During development, the scope of the game started to grow too big from what I initially had in mind, and this has also been a learning experience to know better when to stop myself, and avoid getting dragged into and endless development hell loop.
If you look in the source code, you will find several developed mechanics that are barely even used in the actual game, if at all. I guess if I ever go back to updating this game I already have some groundwork done already, ha ha ha.
